Thank you for shopping at wiccaindia.shop, a part of Shezaim Magickal which includes the Wicca India division.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Shezaim Magickal, including its division Wicca India.
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on wiccaindia.shop and other associated platforms.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to wiccaindia.shop, accessible from https://wiccaindia.shop
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipping, which may occur within 48 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
To cancel your order, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do this by sending us a message on WhatsApp or Email support.
Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm that the order has not been processed for shipping, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
Please note that the refund may take up to 3-5 days to be processed and credited back to your account.
Conditions for Returns
We only offer replacements for products that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide video proof of opening the package and showing the damaged product.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons. We also do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original packaging.
The following products are not eligible for replacement:
- Products that were made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as those that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements for any products that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Return for Replacement
If you need to return a product for replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return for replacement. Provide video proof of opening the package and showing the damaged product.
- Once your return request has been approved, we will arrange for a return pickup of the goods. You do not need to worry about the cost or risk of returning the goods to us.
- Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend keeping the original packaging for this purpose.
We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. Once we confirm their condition, we will proceed with the replacement process.
Please note that we do not require the actual receipt for the return. Instead, we will verify your return request based on your account details on our store and the order details you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements for any products that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
